How we approach restaurant event video production.
A one-off event is over by midnight and forgotten by the following week unless the content moves faster than that. We shoot the room in full swing, the guests, the specific dish or format that made the night different, then turn it around inside days so it can sell the next date rather than just document the last one. This sits alongside our regular restaurant retainer work, for venues that run events on top of a normal service calendar.

How fast can you turn around event footage?
A cut is normally ready within 2-4 days of the event, fast enough to promote the next date while people are still talking about the last one.
What do you actually deliver from one event?
A 60-90 second recap plus 4-6 vertical clips pulled from the same footage, covering the room, the food and the specific moments that made the night different.
Do you cover recurring events or just one-offs?
Both. One-off events are filmed as standalone jobs; restaurants running a regular series usually move to a lighter retainer rate per event.
Can you also promote the event beforehand?
That is a separate short-form package, but many clients pair a pre-event teaser cut from past footage with the on-the-night recap.
