This policy explains what we collect when you get in touch, how we use it and what your rights are.
Who we are
Artisan Studios is a trading name of EVANKHANS LTD, a video production and marketing company based in London, UK. EVANKHANS LTD is the controller of the personal data described here. When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean EVANKHANS LTD trading as Artisan Studios.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, brand or venue name, sector, project type, timeline and project details. When you book a call on our dental page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, practice details and your answers to the booking questions. We only collect what you choose to share.
How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and provide a quote. We do not use your information for marketing unless you ask us to.
Third parties
Contact form submissions are processed by Resend, which handles delivery of form data to our inbox. Dental call bookings are stored in our booking and CRM system, GoHighLevel. When you book a call on our dental pages, we send Meta (Facebook) a record that a booking was made, with your email address, phone number and name in hashed (scrambled) form, so we can measure our advertising. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies
We use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that collects anonymous, aggregated visit statistics. Our dental pages load the Meta Pixel, which sets advertising cookies so we can measure and improve our Meta adverts. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or manage ad preferences in your Facebook account. No advertising cookies are set on our other pages.
Data retention
We keep your enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and fulfil any resulting project. If you'd like us to delete your data, just ask.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@artisanstudios.uk.
